Returns/Refunds
Pricing is in US dollars.  There is a no-return policy on all perfumes. Please order samples first to guarantee satisfaction.  Any item damaged or lost in shipping shall be replaced immediately, dependent upon availability. If it is not available at that time, a full refund will be credited back to your appropriate credit card account after a USPS/Priority Mail investigation is completed.
Shipping
All shipping is via USPS or Priority Mail.  For shipping outside of the US, please contact us.
V’scentials is not responsible for any shipping delays, and will not accept cancelation.
Privacy Policy:
Vscentials respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will never sell or share your personally identifiable information to anyone.  Financial information is shared with our merchant account provider only for the purpose of completing your purchase.   That provider does not share your personal information.

Scent Variation?
Natural aromatics and resins may vary slightly from harvest to harvest. I take great care to adjust to the variations of Mother Earth, however, like the subtle nuances in great foods and wines there may be those rare occasions that certain notes may speak ever so slightly differently, and I hope it will be just one more captivating reason to fall in love with natural rich perfumes who live with their own personalities. 
Order Lead Time
V’scentials takes great pride in customer satisfaction and vows to expedite every individual order with the greatest care and consideration.  Most items will ship within 24 hours of the time the order is placed, however, please keep in mind that V’scentials does not warehouse or manufacture aromatherapeutics with synthetic preservatives to extend shelf life, and offers many products that are blended at the time an order is placed and we ask for your patience in this effort to bring you the best and freshest products available.  For instance, Perfumes that are designed for specific individuals will take a minimum of a week to process after the psychological color analysis is completed as the individual essences will need to “marry” for maximum effect.  If you have any questions regarding lead time on products that you need, please do not hesitate to email your questions to VictoriaBender9@aol.com.  Email inquiries are answered the same day they are received.
