Aromatherapeutic Meditation
Everything is a matter of energy and thoughts are energy; whirling sparks that are constant and affect every portion of your being. There is a constant flow of stimulus that never stops cascading over your mind… Did I pay the electricity bill? What should I cook for dinner? Will my partner be able to handle it without my help? Can I get it all done? It is often referred to as monkey mind and it just never stops. It affects your every waking second.
Meditation quiets your mind so you can truly listen without the interference of words. As you practice and progress, you will find that you can meditate and access an inner calm no matter what's going on around you. But first, you have to learn to tame the monkey that controls your mind!

No matter who you are, what personality type, nationality, culture
or even religion; a balanced, happy and healthy life is more easily
achieved when you take time to go within and ground yourself.
Take a good look at all the great religions and ancient traditions,
psychologies, self help books etc., and one thing is clear - there is
no clarity without meditation or meditative prayer.
Meditation is so simple and yet so complicated. It is a mental
discipline and when done with Yoga is also a physical discipline
that attempts to stop the monkey mind, (easier said than done) by
focusing on one thing and only one thing, usually the breath, to
accomplish a deeper state of awareness and relaxation. It would
be impossible for me to explain exactly how it works, and the best
way that I know to describe it is this; think about when you are
trying your best to remember the name of a song or movie and just cannot bring it to mind no matter how hard you try. Finally you just give up frustrated that you could be so forgetful and just completely quit thinking about it all together, then out of nowhere with no thought to it at all - boom, and the answer pops into your mind!
Using the basic sense of smell to focus the mind is a powerful tool to support your meditation practice, and return to the scent expedites the mind to return to calm and focus.
Vscentials meditation blends are specially designed to calm the mind
and focus attention.
